ABOUT USBreath • Body • Balance was created from lived experience, deep curiosity, and a shared belief that true wellbeing begins with feeling safe and connected within your body. For both Alicia and Angus, the path to this work began with disconnection — in different ways, but with a common thread of living in survival mode without realising it.
